Use This Exercise:


  1. To change a behavior or habit that has an iron grip on you by inviting your subconscious mind to enter into an effective partnership with you.
  2. To stop fighting with yourself about accomplishing the high priority goals that you choose by establishing an effective partnership with your subconscious mind, a partnership which will create change without the awareness of your conscious mind.
  3. To negotiate a positive relationship with your subconscious mind, so that it will secretly accomplish positive things for you with the same vigor that it currently sabotages some of your conscious goals.
